14 months

Andrew just turned 14 months old! He is 32 inches and weighs about 24 lbs. This past month he has really taken off. He is walking - almost running. He knows how to point to his head, ears, eyes, mouth, and sometimes nose. He can say momma, daddy, poppy, ball, and is close to saying cat and cheese. He talks in long sentences, paragraphs, and tells wonderful stories- none of which we can understand yet. He likes music and tries to sing in such a gentle sweet voice. He loves books, I mean loves them. He has several favorite toys including his radio flyer wagon, truck, and swing. He loves all things outside. He has learned how to get out of a shopping cart. Not good! He laughs and laughs at himself and others. He blows bubbles with his milk. He points up everytime he hears an airplane and won't stop until you acknowledge that you hear it to. He wants to go on a walk several times a day. He waves at every car that passes by and every neighbor walking outside- even if we are inside looking out the window. He loves to push buttons on remote controls, cell phones, cars, toys- any bottons. He is trying to use a spoon and feed himself. He loves drinking out of straws. He is independent. He is our JOY! We fall more in love with him everyday. Children are a blessing from the Lord!
