What a blessing!!!

Our neighbors wanted to get rid of their playset. They asked us if we were interested and we said YES! We are so THANKFUL! I love how the Lord provides for us in even the small things.

20 4x4's + 2 tons of sand + 2 1/2 tons of wood chips + 3 trees cut down + a week of labor = $$$ and exhaustion

Andrew's excitement and enjoyment = PRICELESS!!!


I can't not compliment Mark enough on his hard work. He worked everyday from about 10 am to 8 pm. He cut down 3 trees, cleared the land, killed lots poison ivy, leveled the land with dirt, sand and mulch. Next he made a border with 4x4's and put down ground cover.Andrew loved that we had to bring in 2 tons of sand~ We made a temporary "sandbox" in the bed of the truck. He had a blast! We had only been home from the beach one day so... he was used to the sand!

We had a cookout and homemade ice cream with the grandparents to celebrated the completion of the playset.
