spotlight on Andrew

Spotlight on Andrew- who will be four in two months:

- he loves to ride his bike and is getting better each day. Yesterday, I actually ran beside him as he rode. 

- he loves to play outside

-he likes digging in the dirt for worms

-he thrives on individual time

-he enjoys learning and asks to "do school" during Nate's nap time

-he knows all his letters

-he can count to 20

-his favorite color is red

-he likes routine
-he likes to be the boss

-he loves watching the cartoon Curious George right when he wakes up

-it takes him a few minutes to wake up and be chatty

-he would eat yogurt or oatmeal for every meal

-he could spend an hour making things from construction paper, glue, tape, scissor, stickers, markers, etc

- he sings and plays his guitar every day

-he has a great imagination

-he loves to play guns

-he talks about going camping and hunting all the time

-he is curious and is constantly asking great questions
-he likes to use lots of toothpaste
-he strips down when he poops

-he is intrigued with how things work

-he loves to build

-army men are one of his favorite new toys to play with daddy

-he has taken over 3,000 pictures with his camera the past two months

-he asks to go fishing weekly

-he has a compassionate heart
-he think the cd player only works good on the highest volume

-he is impatient

-he is sensitive and doesn't like for his momma to leave

-every night before he goes to bed he asks what we are doing in the morning

-he is great with directions- I honestly ask him how to get places

-his memory is awesome

-he pushes our authority as parents and try to do things his own way

-he is a slow eater

-he is thoughtful and kind

-he likes to sleep with lots of stuffed animals or toys

-he just recently became afraid of the dark and sleeps with a lighted turtle

-he likes to read books and tell stories

-he is a great helper with Nate
-he is sneaky

-he loves babies 

-he is working on not interrupting 

-he loves cars, trucks, airplanes, and legos

-he still sleeps in a diaper when he sleeps: he does not wake up when he pees

-he is helpful around the house: setting the table, sweeping, unloading the dishwasher, picking up

-he loves to laugh and be silly

-he is shy when he first meets someone

-he is a great, loving, sweet, sharing, silly big brother
-he keeps asking for more babies - 4 brothers - he says

-he picks his nose. yuck!

-he is great at memorizing scripture
-he likes to listen to the radio in the car and try to tell them what song to play
