P90 MARK

Mark and our friend Jake are training for the Spartan Race. The Spartan Race is awarded 2012 'Best Obstacle Race Outside'.

One day when they were training, Everett - Jake's three year old son and Andy's best friend, called the workout, "P90 MARK" like the P90X. Hilarious! Here is a small glimpse of some of their training this weekend at our house.

.... with lots of pull ups, burpees, squat jumps, sprints, and other stuff I don't even know the name of. I'm not sure if it is more fun to watch them or the people's faces that are driving by. Hilarious!
