Today was our last day of BSF. It has been such an amazing year studying Gods Word in such depth! The Lord has taught myself, Andrew, and even Nate such truths about Himself. The boys will miss their class and their sweet teachers.
Nate loved going to BSF. He always said, "Go BSF, play friends, bubbles, crackers, Ms. Marcy". One of my favorite BSF moments for him was when he started singing "Holy, Holy, Holy merciful and mighty God in three person blessed trinity" in the cutest 2 year old voice. I didn't know that they were learning that song at BSF and it was music to my ears a few weeks ago. I was trying to cook dinner and do the dishes - you know the crazy 5-6 o'clock hour- when all the sudden I heard the sweetest little voice singing "Holy, Holy, Holy" beside me. Just precious!
BSF was Nate's first class setting and he did wonderful. Not once did he cry- he opened his arms and reached for his teachers. So thankful for these Godly women who invest in my kids each week.
Each week I was amazed at what Andrew learned in his class! It was truly a highlight of my day to hear the truth that he came home with. They taught the kids the same lesson we adults did but on a smaller scale. Love it! They also did the pledge of allegiance, sang My Country Tis of Thee, other fun songs, games, and playtime each week. Such a wonderful environment for my little man!
Here we at the park playing with our friends and having a picnic.... are you surprised Nate is eating? Ha! We are going to miss our BSF Wednesdays!
