4th of July rewind

As a little girl I remember looking forward to the 4th of July parade in my neighborhood. I thought it was so cool that I got to be in a parade. Granted it was just our neighborhood residents with decorated bikes, cars, dogs, wagons, plus a fire truck, but as a little girl that was neat. This year my parents called to see if the boys would like to be in the parade. YES! They thought it was awesome to BE in a parade verses GO to a parade.....

Even though it was a rainy day the parade was ON! They rode on a firetruck! The rain did not bother these excited boys!!!

My parents and the boys decorated their mule and we rode in the parade too!
