update on the boys!
Andrew - 5 years old
He is the sweetest little man around town. He truly has a heart of gold. He loves being outdoors and creating things. He's into building rabbit traps, swinging on the playlet, digging, and making weapons. He spends time inside creating things with boxes, recyclable items, markers, rope, whatever he can find! We have nick named him 'puzzle master' because he can do puzzles super fast all by himself. He is a fantastic swimmer! He swam on the 6 and under swim team this year and did great - freestyle is his favorite stroke and backstroke is his least favorite. The pool is one of his favorite places!
Andrew is smart- I promise I'm not just saying that because he is my kiddo. He truly is one of those people who will hear something once and remember every detail about it forever. His memory is amazing! Right now we are studying birds. He can name over 10-15 types of birds and tell you all you wanted to know and more about the bird. He is interested in learning the US states, he can name all the southeast states and most of the southwest states. He loves watermelon, veggies, granola bars, and ice-cream.
Nate - 3 years old
Oh Nater Tater... He is full of life and spunk. He is lights up the room when he is happy! People are drawn to Nate's fun loving personality. He is charming and sweet as can be - when he wants to be. He also has this 'if Nate ain't happy - ain't nobody happy' thing going on. He is rebellious and fit throwing at times. He pushes the limits and likes it.
He loves hunting rabbits in the backyard, catching lighting bugs, swimming, playing in the sprinkler, eating, playing with cars, dressing up like superhero's, and playing 'run around in circles' which is a game where we chase each other. He wants to do whatever 'buddy' is doing. He is a cuddle bug and still sleeps with his blanket.
His hair is just adorable - people stop us all the time to comment on his 'curly hair and blue eyes'
Yes, these 2 have stolen our hearts in every way. We are so thankful God has entrusted us with these little boys! Life is very full!
