Happy Halloween

Be afraid.... be very afraid ..... we have some lions prowling around.....

Andy's best friend, Everett, came to Trick-or-Treat with us! They boys are clapping with excitement in the picture below because I asked, "who wants candy?". Ha! I tried everything to get them to look at the camera.

The boys were the cutest things going up to doors saying trick or treat, happy halloween, and thank you.... Andy would try to go in everyone's house and take extra candy out of the bowl. Sometimes he was shy and wouldn't say "trick or treat" but would ROAR at them. He was clearly a lion but once got called a sunflower.  Everett would say, "thank you Everett" when someone gave him candy. Once Everett gave the people handing out candy HIS candy from his bag. Oh these are precious times!

My parents invited us over to enjoy beef stew before trick or treating. When it started getting dark about 6 other families came to my parents house to give out candy. My dad set up the fire pit and we roasted smores before trick or treating... oh I LOVE smores!

Mark did a great job carving our 'lion' pumpkin!
